We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All returns/refunds are issued in the form of a store credit. Simply send us a message with the subject line "Return/Exchange". Once we approve the return and the item(s) is received please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processing has been completed we will send you an email to notify you.
Returns must be received in new condition. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, accessories, and bodysuits. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume may be subject to refusal.
Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
